Before we work, you should pick your domain URL like http://MikeStewartPodcast.com and buy CPANEL Hosting
Have your passwords to your account and I will install CPANEL and WordPress for you, no problem.

Not required, but suggested you get a dedicated domain and CPANEL hosting with WordPress installed ready for plugins and audio/video file uploads.
You need at least 1 mp3 file of audio, I can put a test file, but try to get something of yours at least 1 minute long to get indexed iTunes.
Plus you need to create an iTunes account which is free, if you have not already so we can submit your podcast to iTunes.
